　　福州榮林機(jī)械有限公司機(jī)加工事業(yè)部專門從事機(jī)械零部件的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)，廠房面積3500平方米。

　　機(jī)加工事業(yè)部目前裝備有數(shù)控四軸銑、鉆、攻加工中心3臺，數(shù)控三軸銑、鉆、攻加工中心8臺，數(shù)控龍門銑床2臺，各型數(shù)控車床近30臺，中走絲電火花線切割機(jī)20臺和普通車床、銑床、磨床、鉆床、液壓拉床等金屬切削加工設(shè)備。設(shè)備種類齊全，能滿足您對產(chǎn)品金屬切削加工的要求。

　　機(jī)加工事業(yè)部目前配備了硬度計、輪廓儀、三坐標(biāo)測量儀、鹽霧試驗機(jī)等檢測設(shè)備，能滿足一般機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的檢測要求。

　　機(jī)加工事業(yè)部除滿足福州榮林機(jī)械有限公司對機(jī)械零部件的金屬切削加工要求外，還為國內(nèi)汽車主機(jī)廠、航空場站維修中心提供機(jī)械零部件的加工。

At present, the machining division is equipped with hardness tester, profilometer, three-coordinate measuring instrument, salt spray testing machine and other testing equipment, which can meet the testing requirements of general mechanical products.

In addition to meeting the metal cutting processing requirements of Fuzhou Longlife Machinery, the machining division also provides mechanical parts processing for domestic automobile main engine factories and airport station maintenance centers.
