　　福州榮林機械有限公司裝備了一條爐道長度達100m的靜電粉末涂裝生產線和與其配套的金屬表面前處理裝備。

　　靜電粉末涂裝生產線配備了一套自動噴粉裝置和二套目前國內先進的旋風式靜電粉末回收系統及活性炭廢氣吸附裝置。最大加工工件可達長2.7m，高1.6m，厚0.85m，能滿足您對金屬工件的靜電粉末涂裝需求。

　　與靜電粉末涂裝生產線配套的金屬表面處理裝備有通過式拋丸機、步進式拋丸機、吊鉤式拋丸機和履帶式拋丸機能滿足長2.7m，高1.6m，寬0.85m的金屬部件表面處理要求；對薄壁金屬部件的表面處理榮林機械裝備了一條常溫鐵系磷化生產線，磷化生產線能滿足長2.5m，高1.2m薄壁金屬部件的表面磷化處理。磷化生產線還裝備了一套完備的污水處理裝置，實現了廢水經處理后循環再利用。

　　榮林機械靜電粉末涂裝生產線年產能達到7200噸。先進的裝備保證了產品的外觀質量，現有檢測設備能滿足對產品涂層厚度、附著力、硬度、耐磨和耐腐蝕性的常規檢測。

The electrostatic powder coating production line is equipped with a set of automatic powder spraying device and two sets of the most advanced cyclone electrostatic powder recovery system and activated carbon waste gas adsorption device in China. the maximum processing work piece can reach a length of 2.7m, a height of 1.6m, and a thickness of 0.85m, which can meet your electrostatic powder coating needs for metal work pieces.

The metal surface treatment equipment include a pass-through shot blasting machine, a step shot blasting machine, a hook shot blasting machine and a track shot blasting machine that can meet the surface treatment requirements of metal parts with a maximum size of 2.7 m long, 1.6 m tall and 0.85 m wide. The surface treatment of thin-walled metal parts, Longlife Machinery is equipped with a constant-temperature iron phosphating production line, which can sever the thin-walled metal parts with a maximum length of 2.5m and a height of 1.2m for the surface phosphating treatment. The phosphating production line is also equipped with a complete set of sewage treatment devices to recycle waste-water after treatment. 

Longlife Machinery Electrostatic Powder Coating Production Line has an annual production capacity of 7200 tons. Daily testing includes the coating thickness, adhesion, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product. Both of advanced equipment and process ensure the quality of the product.
